Streetwise Properties was established in January of 2004. Streetwise Properties specializes in rentals, sales and commercial properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn.  Our company name represents the strong connection that its founders have to the city, and their knowledge of the people, places, and unique rythem of New York.

Streetwise Properties is located in the popular downtown neighborhood of Noho, conveniently located to all of the popular rental neighborhoods.  Most of our rentals are located in downtown Manhattan, a trendy place to live for professionals, couples, and students.  We have over 30 buildings with exclusive rental listings in the Lower East Side and E. Village neighborhoods, however we do not limit ourselves to these areas.  We also have a large variety of rental properties in the W. Village, Soho, Gramercy, Chelsea, and Murray Hill neighborhoods in Manhattan.

Streetwise Properties also works with many commercial clients, from small boutique owners, to multi-million dollar retail companies.  We give special attention to our commercial clients to satisfy their needs, and exceed their expectations.  We rent office spaces, showrooms, stores and restaurants.  Since this process requires more attention to detail, we suggest an initial meeting to discuss all criteria desired by the client.

We work with sales clients, both buyers and owners for apartments and buildings.  Streetwise Properties has many exclusive sales listings in Williamsburg Brooklyn, but we would be happy to find your new home, or investment property anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
